I sold an autographed picture of the child in Amsterdam, Holland, and never sent payment. Email me twice, twice lying by saying that he would send money July 31, and a week later, said he sent by certified mail (With tracking number) on 2 August. There are no letters never arrived. Im crazy and left her a negative evaluation. ANDA said he was angry he would give me a little time to think before he gave me a negative evaluation. He left this afternoon. Good advice ……. I am a big fan of eBay ….. Never ship the product until you have money! You should only accept Paypal! Do not accept anything that moneyorders case and controls are frauds! Almost anyone can sign up for PayPal and if that person does not mean that there is something wrong does. You should consult in eBay case. They had the customer service line.
